It happens only in India

लोग बोलते हैं कि जो होता है, अच्छे के लिए होता है।  पर जब खुद पर बीतती है, तब पता चलता है।

So, here I am again...
I was ready to adopt the lifestyle, workstyle of the place, organisation but they had planned of something else.
It was the 4th time, my document has been verified and this time, they said that you were not even eligible to for applying to this post. This wasn't going to happen for sure.
They wanted a manufacturing engg. but from Production discipline and that too must be in the written format, i.e. in the degree, it must be Production Engg./ Manufacturing Engg.
And I've got a useless degree saying B.E. Mechanical Eng.. [Manufacturing] that says, basically I am a manufacturing engg. but from Mechanical Background. And that was unacceptable to them.
I doubt this being the main reason.
I sensed Nepotism in that.
And also, if they were checking my document for 4th time, means, the last 3 times they jst did a time pass or were being irresponsible, or they in the 4th time jst didn't agree with the previous examiners, who were the employees of that company itself.
So, they wanted every thing being documented.
They didn't believe in talent. Jst the Document.
Not by physical presence, mind, Jst by Document.
Not by Mental ability, Jst by Document.
That's what India and Indians are lacking in. That's what specially Indian Government is lacking in.
They believe in document.
Even if you are wearing a gold chain, diamond rings but are having documents proving you Below Poverty Line, then you surely are a poor person and you'll be given every priviledge, subsidy prescribed for those BPL people.
If One understands it at the earliest, its far better for that person.
And if that was the condition, they should have told me earlier and I would have changed them personally. In this technological modern world, what's impossible??

There are two things;
First one being their lack of confidence on their own employees who are working for them from decades, I think. And if they can't trust on those employees, how can they trust on new comers?
             --- I didn't want to be the part of that hollow valued company seriously.  ---
Second thing is that there may be some nepotism and, I, being late, gave them a chance to find out some thing to kick me out of the company and fill that very vacant position with their own candidate. I didn't believe in that but when my friend told that one of his friend made entry into a Maharatna PSU by giving an entry fee of Rs. 10 lacs, I was shattered. i had to believe then.
             --- But then, if it was someone else replacing me, then I too don't want to be a part of that company which holds a boarding to "avoid bribing" at the main gate, takes bribe to be in the company. ---
Besides taking bribe, it teaches us to take bribe from others. And if you're trying to be honest, you'll be treated as fools by your surroundings including your close-ones.
If someone's in government service, it is expected from them not to be honest. That's the Indian Government culture.

Foreigners have a famous one-liner about India that goes like;
Q:- What are the two organisations, who don't want to make profit??
Ans:- Indian Government and Indian Railways.

Due to few fu**ing bunch of feckless fools in every indian organisation, India is just sinking down and down.
I want to say much more but there are many constraints, the one being my intelligence, which is far far better than those..

Mani irke but Money illya, Money irke but Mani illya

As you can guess from the title or if you don't know kunjum tamil, then let me tell you this simple yet always true lines written above..

In tamil language, mani means time and you all will be aware of money, as I think. :-p
Anyways, both mani pronunces same for tamilians or for anyone knowing and speaking tamil language like me. :-)

So, the meaning of this heading in hindi goes as, "When there is plenty of time to spend, there is no money and when there is enough money to spend, there is no time to spend it freely."

And, if you think over this small one liner, you'll get that this line is as much true that it may be considered as an Universal Truth.
In today's fast world, everyone's busy in making money and to make money, one have to work hard. Really hard. And when one starts working hard, one has got no time for others. Even for spending that hard earned money !!

So as we, the students at the time of studying, have plenty of time to spend except studying :-p
But, we haven't any money to spend for. We have many expectations, many ideas, many things to spend on. Don't divert your senses to those injurious to health products or don't think that i'm talking about them. There are many other things to spend on, many quintessential things though..

And it has been rightly said that, the resources available on Earth are enough to fulfill the needs of all, but even this universe isn't having enough resources for fulfilling the greed of all. And at this age of new adolescence, one has new desires, new perspective of seeing the world, new friends, new boudaryless life style. And to cope up with this world moving at fast pace, one has to adopt to the life style of the upper class people because now a days, one only cares for them who show some attention towards themselves and to show some attention, there is again the need of showing off. Yup, showing off has become the latest vogue. To show off, one needs to be branded. i.e. from top to bottom, starting from, Reebok, NIKE, adidas, Lee, dENiZEN, UCB, JOCKEY etc. are needed to be covering the whole body, or atleast some sensitive parts of the body. :-p

So, fulfilling all these dreams, ideas and most importantly, to gain a social status, we need ample amount of money which is always less compared to the monthly bound pocket money given by home, by parents or guardian. One is left with two choices, first is to take a steep side telling your heart that, the Grape is ripe. Or, one will try to manage that much money to afford these brands as they are the brands, everyone looks upon. Everyone talks in terms of brands. "Oh, you've got killer jeans, look at my new mufti jeans dude !!", "oh, look he has come wearing rupa under garments :-O ", etc..

So, what was I trying to say that when at this age, when we've got enough time to show off ourselves as the coolest dude in the town, we don't have that much amount. And when we all start earning money in atleast 5 digits, doing reputed jobs, we don't get time to spend these all, or to say, we don't have anyone with us to show off or to show our brand new jeans, shirt or clothes, gadgets becoz by that time, every near and dear friend becomes busy in their own life, with their own wife.. :-p

I hope that now, you've understood the meaning of the heading.

But, I would like to rectify all of you including myself, that what i was thinking till now (that my heading was almost a Universal Truth) was not at all correct.
While discussing this topic with one of my best friend, I got a totally different view and a different perspective and that shook my head completely.

It was being said that, there is nothing like when one have money, they have no time to spend it all. But instead, there is a big problem in the management.
When, there is time and there is not so much money; Money management is required. Whereas, when there is lack of time despite having ample amount of money, one needs a proper Time management.
So, in total, it's all about management.

And, thus it is concluded that if one's still stuck with the topic, he/she is just avoiding the reality or is incapable of doing the management properly. :-)

Indian Government and Congress: An Incongruous pair

I can’t boggle where to start from and up to what I should stop. Let us encompass all situations starting from the national politics to regional politics.

So, as we know or its better to say it as we had known our India as ‘Golden Bird’ in earlier days of our childhood but after seeing the present scenario, it seems that after few decades, it will just become a matter of golden words.

I remember an incident when I was in std. 6^th or so. The class of social studies was going on and the teacher prodly said, India is one of the fastest developing country. I felt no proud in that, instead, I asked him at that very instant; Sir, when can we expect our India to come in the category of ‘Developed State’? He equivocated, just said, ‘Versy Soon’ and I presumed it. I grew, my society grew, my relations, boundaries grew along with my doubts. And among them was the biggest doubt; When will India be called as Developed Country? I have grown up watching the steady increase in standards, i.e. living standards of upper class families, price hikes in every field, be it petrol, gas cylinders or daily vegetables and the ostentation of middle class families to be in the race of survival of the fittest and the loosening perseverance of the menians to outcome penury.

On one side, there are squanders and at the other, there are people with empty bowls. The outcome of this situation, which will be ensued, is mind boggling. I won’t point this to any individual as I’m also a part of it, not by involving but by jst being a mute spectator. But then too, I would like to add some facts and figure which I recently found somewhere in the newspapers.

I’ll summarize them as follows:

1.     Price of petrol was hiked again by Rs.1.55 to reach at the level of Rs.76.78 per ltr.

2.     Price of onions reached upto Rs. 40 per kg.

3.     Value of Indian Rupee at its lowest at Rs.61 per dollar.

4.     The new standards of poverty lines are set as Rs.26 per person per day in rural areas and Rs. 34 per person per day in urban areas.

5.     No. of people belonging to BPL decreased to 4.26 Cr.

6.     Economic Development Rate decreased from 8% to 5% etc.

I was too much distraught after reading these types of news. As an average Indian citizen, I don’t know much about FDI policies, MNREGA, SEZ, political and national issues etc. I only know and have percepted that the price of every single item is increasing in the market and this hike is much more as compared to the increase in income of people like us who belong to middle class families. And the real piece of shit is that all his officials are just sitting by hands on hands and waiting for the things to be in the place by their own.

They have set the poverty line limit as Rs.32 per person per day. And one time meal of good quality costs around Rs.40 with simple ingredients. One piece of apple costs Rs.50, one glass fruit juice costs Rs.30. If a person is getting Rs.35 per day, he will have to be considered as a rich person, the kind of rich persons who can’t even manage one time meal for them self. This is a very devastating situation and who is to be blamed for this? This government along with their aides who have given these false representations or we ourselves who are not taking any corrective steps..

Those Asserting Scoundrels

           This world contains about 7 and counting billions of people in itself which encompasses having different characters and characteristics. Out of these, around 80%, according to me, are just useless people. Means, they are of no use to the society surrounding them and give no contributions in the advancement of society. The improvement of world is a thought far far away from them. They just care for themselves. These rapacious people asserts too. They just repress others, transgress rules and believe that everything happening here is under their control and is according to their wishes. To make mere fuss, they tend to belabor about themselves.

          You can see these types of feckless, useless, sucking fellows almost everywhere and when they are having some extra support of some good source or leader, they just can't be grounded. They will always be seen flying in skies made of their own shits. They, while taking advantage of that good source or leader, just tend to make their impressions bad too.

          And when this type of person is physically weak, almost having just skin covered over the skeleton, it becomes incredible. The person who suffers, start boggling and suddenly the blood boils and it feels like just shitting on him. 

          But, U can't do anything because U are bound to and respect the system of which he is an integrated virus that is just onerous to be thrown out of the system and to be kicked on their boney asses.

Because, U love and respect the other things, other people, directly or indirectly associated with him and U can't just ignore them. Taking revenge on them or doing some harm to them will cause the whole system at risk.

         So, U can't do anything in this situation except drinking that sip of temper into your throat back, hanging your head low and continuing your work.

Haaaaaan??? What will U do??

My 4th First ♥ - II

I'll not tell all d things, all d route maps & the menu because, indirectly, I'll be insulting myself only. That I've seen long 21 autumns and soon goin' into my 22nd, yet I don know to handle some sweet gal or nt having the manner to go along with her..
But, let me clear you one thing, I'm having that manners but Sometimes, its become enjoyable behaving like a child and someone caring and loving you like your best care-taker.
Actually, I was running out of money at that time and that date was also not planned. Otherwise,who will let a gorgeous gal spend on you when you are willing to move on with her.
Frankly speaking, she was not also prepared for that Date and she first refused to come along with me.
One more interesting fact was that, I received her at railway station while she just arrived from her native to her workplace.
Seeing me at railway station, she just was extremely shocked and that was obvious. That was going to b our first face to face interaction after long 5 years. It's just another thing that we were connected from last 1 yr through Orkut and phone.
As I told you, she first refused to roam around with me but then she made her mind and she returned after 1 hour from her flat and we were just wandering around. No  planning, just enjoyment. I felt awesome that day. That day passed as sun was in a hurry that day. I wished the time must stop at some point. But expectations are very much different from reality. So, I returned next day to my native and I waited for some reaction but Alas! there was nothing on that side so, I also realised and made that day as my memorable day and closed that file. Offcourse, we were and will be best friends forever.

So, This is my story, I'm so called "दिल फ़ेंक आशिक".

मुझे राह चलते हर सुन्दर लड़की से प्यार हो जाता है! यहाँ तक की नयी-नवेली भाभियाँ भी मुझे अच्छी लगती हैं!

अब आप सोचेंगे की How MEAN I'm !! But, आपको जो सोचना है, सोचो! इसमें What can I do??

But, एक बात तो है की कभी न कभी सच्चा प्यार होता है, जो भुलाये से भी नहीं भुलता है!

And, so is my case..

I've already told you about previous 3 girls, I was in love with. And this one is the 4th.

Although it started 1 year ago, but its memories are almost fresh as if it happened yesterday when I got her number from Orkut and gathered courage to talk to her after long 5 years gap.

Actually, we were classmates but at that time, I was too young to understand all these and my attention was on other girl that time. It's never too late according to me, but 5 years is more than enough time to become late unfortunately..
And so did, it happened. I came to know about this fact that she is already engaged after about 1 month of chatting, but then also my so called love didn't decrease..

I started falling in love, or say, I was in love all again.

My कमीने friends also supported me and gave lift to my so called Love Life.

And..... 

I was on an unofficial date with her in her own area.

This date doesn't mean anything to her and to me also, it was only worth experiencing, how to move along with a girl, as I've already told that I'm totally unexperienced in that matter. And due to nervousness, I was unable to support her. Infact, she was supporting me, going along with me taking me with her to cross the ways. She spent for me for dinner and lunch.. We also enjoyed movie in theatre alongwith, while we were together..

My half-bound Love story

Why do we come across the word LOVE or I would like to correct that everyone comes to a stage where it seeks the attraction between opposite sex.
It likes to be with her/him always, connected in either ways.
So, you can think why am I asking these rubbish things all of a sudden but you believe it or not, it's a very legal question.
Any one can question you ki,
Agar pareshani ka talluq dimag se hai to heart attack kyon hota hai???
Aur agar pyar ka talluq dil se hai to log pagal kyon ho jate hain???

Even the creator of love doesn't know the answer of these question.

You will also say, ki plz leave me alone or let me go like this...

Actually, I want to confess that I am/was in love or whatever you may call it, it's up to you to name or rename this stage, I am in.

Actually, I had fallen in love 2 more times before this and this is the 3rd time.
I don't know whether this is love or attraction.. and in what way it will lead to me..
But, here the story goes..

The same condition happened before when I was too young to understand what is love, the meaning of love, the meaning of making love.
It happened much ago when I was in std. 10th when I was in a co-ed school with much lower population of about 20 including both girls and boys and actually the number of girls were more than the number of boys..
Slowly, but steadily, I started liking one girl.
Sorry, I will not reveal the name of that girl for the sake of her privateness.

I don't know whether this was one-sided attraction or something extra like that.
But, then only the pre-board came and after that the holidays begin for the main board exams.
After the exams, we met again once in a party but nothong happened except that formal talking as I was too shy to talk to girls.
Actually, I joined a coaching Institute in which she was also studying for the sake of meeting and talking to her.
I also really studied there to impress her.
But after the exams, nothing happened as there were no modern techniques of communications like in these days.
I also knew her house telephone number but I never got courage to call her and talk to her.
So, she also was moved on to her way, to her aim and I also started to move on to my way to std. 12th.
In std. 12th, also, we were again in co-ed. school with new friends.
And this time, the no. of girls were less compared to the number of boys and so the competition was bit tougher.
Two or three of my friends engaged two or three girls and rest were awaiting response.
In std.11th, all was normal. I didn't notice any girl because I was very sincere about studies.
But in std. 12th, slowly, but steadily, it happened again.
I started loking one girl.
I will not reveal her name for the sake of her safety and priveteness.
It was my turn now to take action.
I joined the same chemistry classes where she was studying. I started to sit on first bench in left side and she was on first bench in right side.

So, I also showed my brilliancy (although I have little amount) in front of sir and her.
And one day she asked for my notes but as usual, due to my shyness, I gave her my notes but was very nervous and it was shown clearly on my face. because this was my one of the first face to face encounters to any girl.
(Because I've not any sister of my own, I am not having the idea, how to face of handle the girls)

But afterwards, the same two years ago story began and pre-board following board exams came and wo don't meet each other after that.

And this was the ending of my 2nd love story.

Now-a-days, I am doing B.E. degree course from a reputed college where there is a 4:1 ratio of boys to girls.
So, I am just waiting as my well-wisher says that I will surely get an angel.
